While most trade show booths are only accessible from the front, most of our booths are accessible from at least three sides. We include a generous 4-5 feet of extra space between adjacent booths to maximize frontage available to attendees. All of our exhibitor spaces include clothed tables and Single Booth and larger exhibitor spaces include electrical power in the price. Further, booths that are back-to-back with another row of exhibitors include a half-drape wall and full-height pipe for hanging signage.
Each exhibitor package contains a fixed number of exhibitor badges (see above). These badges grant the bearer access to the show hall during all pre- and post-show hours. We are unable to provide more exhibitor badges than are provided in each exhibitor package. Exhibitors may choose to purchase standard attendee badges at the time they pay for their exhibitor package. Contact the vendor coordinator for details.

The vendor area of the main show floor will be open to attendees from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday. All vendors should be open for business during these hours.
Power is included with all Double and larger booths. Power is available through us for an additional $50 on Single booths. Power is not included for Half booths, but can be purchased directly from OCC.PRGE has arranged for electrical power to be available at all Single Booth and larger exhibitor booths (one 5-amp circuit per booth). It is included in the cost of the booth package. Half booth exhibitors may purchase power from OCC for an additional fee.
PRGE has a limited number of car truck parking spaces available for vendors for the run of the show (Friday through Sunday) in a lot just outside the loading dock of the venue. $35 for a car or $70 for a space that will fit a truck up to 35' in length. No overnight camping is allowed in the parking area.
Paid wifi internet access is available for a daily fee through the Oregon Convention Center. To sign up, connect to the "OCC WiFi" wireless network (SSID) - available facility wide. Once connected, open a web browser, choose a plan and click the 'Buy Now' button to begin the purchasing process.
The Portland fire code specifies certain rules for exhibitors at the convention center. All exhibitors should familiarize themselves the Oregon Convention Center's Fire Marshall Guide. Exhibitors should ensure all of their equipment and merchandise remains within the boundarys of their designated exhibitor space. At no time may an exhibitor obstruct an aisle in the show hall. Booths with complete or partial covers/roofs will be inspected by the Fire Marshall and exhibitors should be prepared to affect changes at the Marshall's request.

PLEASE NOTE: The arcade portion of the Expo will be open to the public on Friday, October 20 during the vendor setup period. It will be separated from the exhibitor hall by an air wall until Saturday morning when the wall will be opened to conjoin the arcade and exhibitor halls into one. Once you have completed your booth setup on Friday, your exhibitor badge will grant you access to the arcade side of the show up until midnight.
Exhibitors may also choose to set up on the day of the show. The exhibition hall will open for exhibitors at 6:00 AM on Saturday, October 21nd. All setup must be completed by the time the doors open at 9:00 AM.
All exhibitors must check in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and badges prior to unloading. If you have any questions about vendor setup, please contact email@example.com.
Only show staff and exhibitors will be permitted in the show hall prior to 9:00 AM on Saturday when the show hall officially opens to presale ticket holders. Attendees who purchase tickets at the door will be permitted into the show at 10:00 AM.
Blocking visibility of other exhibitors with merchandise or signage is prohibited.
Vendors and exhibitors are required to be completely set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday morning.
It is unfair to our show attendees to have to work around exhibitors who load in their booth after the doors have opened. If you absolutely can't be set up by 9:00 AM, please contact the PRGE staff ahead of time to work something out. We will do our best to accomodate you at our discretion. There will be no refunds for late or no-show vendors and we reserve the right to reallocate your space in the event of a no-show.
