phone calls regarding hotel bookings and paying in advance. Do NOT engage with
these unsolicited scam calls and take all precautions to protect yourself and
your business. PRGE will never contact you with unsolicited offers and we will
never hand out your information. Please be safe out there!

While most trade show booths are only accessible from the front, many of our booths are accessible from at least three sides. We include a generous 4 or more feet of space between adjacent booths to maximize frontage available to attendees. All our exhibitor spaces include tables with tablecloths in the package price. Further, booths that are back-to-back with another row of exhibitors include a half-drape wall and full-height pipe for hanging signage. For stand-alone booths, pipe and stands are available for hanging signage/banners.
Electrical power is not included with any booth, but can be ordered directly from the Oregon Convention Center for an additional fee.
Each exhibitor package contains a fixed number of exhibitor badges (see details below). These badges grant the bearer access to the show hall during all pre- and post-show hours. Additional exhibitor badges are available for purchase. Exhibitors may also choose to purchase standard attendee badges at the time they pay for their exhibitor package. Contact the vendor coordinator for details.
At PRGE 2026 we have TWO options for our exhibitors:
For security reasons, exhibitors will NOT be allowed in the exhibitor hall prior to 8:00 AM on Sunday. Only show staff and exhibitors will be permitted in the show hall prior to 9:00 AM on Saturday when the show hall officially opens to pre-sale ticket holders. Attendees who purchase tickets at the door will be permitted into the show at 9:00 AM.
All exhibitors must check in upon arrival to receive your table assignment and exhibitor badges prior to unloading. The Exhibitor check-in desk is located at the main loading ramp on the backside of the Oregon Convention Center. If you have any questions about vendor setup, please contact rick@retrogamingexpo.com.
All vendors and exhibitors are required to be completely set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday morning.
It is unsafe for exhibitors to load in their booth after the doors have opened. If you absolutely can't be set up by 9:00 AM, please contact the PRGE staff ahead of time to work something out. If you do NOT hear back within 48h please send another email - thank you! We will do our best to accommodate you at our discretion. There will be no refunds for late or no-show vendors, and we reserve the right to reallocate your space in the event of a no-show.
