The Classic Tetris World Championship returns to Portland!

CTWC returns to Portland with the 2026 edition of the Jonas Neubauer Cup - A DAS Championship!
We're going back to the past with the play style that won the first half of the historic 15 years of CTWC.

What is DAS you might ask? It’s when you hold the controller like you did in the 80s and 90s and press the D-pad down. No hyper tapping or rolling play-styles will be allowed. Play just like former champions Jonas and Harry!

How To Participate

Go to the show and sign up for one of the qualifiers at the CTWC Tetris booth in Hall E and good luck!

This is a DAS (Delayed Auto-Shift) tournament. What is DAS you might ask? It’s when you hold the controller like you did in the 80s and 90s and press the D-pad down.
No hyper tapping or rolling play-styles will be allowed.
You must qualify in one of the Qualifier Brackets Friday or Saturday, Friday is recommended!
Qualified finalists then play on Saturday and Sunday.
